Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do!

Q: What's your Shipping Policy?
A: If you are in the Richmond Area, you are welcome to stop by and pick your treasure! If you are not in the Richmond area, I can ship it to you. Within US, the plan is to have it in your hands in 3-5 business days after shipment. For international orders, delivery times are estimated to be 10-25 days depending on the location and customs clearance.

Q: What is your Refund Policy?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please verify your order (design/ color/ size) before checkout and paying. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please let us know! We would do our best! Orders can be canceled/modified within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email or call us about it and we will gladly change it if we have not shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
